Owner Bootstrap
One-time registration of the initial owner governance principal. This endpoint permanently disables itself after successful execution.
Step 1 — Authenticate
Enter the owner email address. A magic link will be sent; clicking it returns you here with an authenticated session.

Step 2 — Execute Bootstrap
This registers your authenticated UUID as the owner governance principal. The operation is atomic — principal row and audit event commit together or roll back completely. Bootstrap is permanently disabled after one success.
Irreversible action
Proceeding binds your auth UUID to governance_principals
as role='owner' and permanently closes this endpoint.
Bootstrap Complete
Copy the principal.id and
principal.user_id — report them
to the AI CEO to complete post-bootstrap verification.
